Photo 14 Nov It just occurred to me I don’t really speak about specific software I use, but every-time I show someone this software, twitter clicks, and they sort of see what it’s about. It’s a service, and their site is a terrible front-end for it.
I’ve been using this for years, but as of recent a few things have happened (which I wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t switched distro’s) 1. Twitter bought the company/software, which is a great move on their part 2. Adobe has discontinued all support for AIR on Linux systems…good ‘cuz AIR sucks, bad because TweetDeck doesn’t.
Anyway it took me a half-hour but I got TweetDeck up and running. (most problems stemmed from the fact that I’m on a 64 bit machine)
